I thought the end of high quality, truly cheap fast food was over, but P. Terry’s has graciously proved me wrong! Truly the best thing I can comment on here is the price. 3.00 for a simple, yet tasty burger and 7.30 for a combo? My mind was blown. The price wasn’t the only good thing however, the food held its own. The cheeseburger was good! Not amazing, but for the price I was shocked with how much I liked it. A little too much lettuce for me personally because they use romaine and not iceberg, but I happily pulled it off and enjoyed the rest of my burger. The fries are great! Soft and salty and very generous per portion. I can imagine they would be even better with some special sauce. The crispy chicken bites were, admittedly, a little scary looking at first, I did not expect them to look like that coming out of the box- but don’t judge a book by it’s cover! They turned out to be extremely crispy on the outside with a tender and juicy interior, well seasoned with lots of black pepper. Paired with the ranch, they were the star of the meal for me. We also enjoyed a Rootbeer Milkshake which was fantastic!!! Very creamy with a good rootbeer presence, it complimented the salty, fattiness of the meal well. The restaurant has a great ambience, it’s got a retro vibe with good music pumping all the time. Outside, there is even a sandbox to play in that my friends happily enjoyed too, even though they probably aren’t the target demographic . The place was surprisingly packed, but I can tell why. The food was great and the price is hard to beat, I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

First time trying P. Terry’s, all I can say it it hit the spot. The bun is better than In N Out. This place ranks top two in Drive-thru burgers in all of Texas. If you’re a true Texan, it’s between this place and Whataburger. Kick In N Out of the burger arena Sorry California. Texas has two heavy weights!

Amazing experience as a Sunday Family dinner. Thank you for bringing our favorite place in Austin to Katy. The dining in experience was such a vibe with great music and great scenery. Highly recommend sitting outside before sundown.

Absolutely delicious retro burger joint. Everything super fresh and tasty. Service was fast and prices were fair. It felt like a more real version of In & Out, but the food actually satisfied my hunger. And there’s not a detail overlooked! From the trash cans to the branding on the wrappers, everything here is considerately designed. Love.

Great burger stand, very much like an Austin In N Out. Normal menu with a special being the double cheeseburger with fries. Shakes are great too. Definitely will be back!

Wow, this place succeeded in my expectations. I’ve heard about this place when I went to Austin years ago so I’m glad I got to try today. The fries were so amazing, I love the texture and flavor. The burger was amazing, highly recommend the double deluxe burger. Great flavor, you get the smokiness and that perfect amount of salt and pepper With their subtle kick from their sauce. Great veggie to meat and cheese ratio. Highly recommend it would come back. My only complaint was the parking.

I love just the single and double Angus Beef cheeseburgers, the home-made cut fries and shakes at the Richmond, Texas location! Furthermore, I love the Breakfast Burgers and Breakfast Potatoes. Those Breakfast Potatoes always seem to sell out fast! We frequent this establishment at least once a week. I hate to say it, but In-N-Out Burger move- over as a New Burger Sheriff is in town! Gotta Love it!
